If you choose to register or log in using your Facebook account, we may collect:

  • Public Profile Information: Name and profile picture (used for your community directory profile).

  • Email Address: Associated with your Facebook account to verify your membership status. Note: We do not access your private messages, friends list, or post to your timeline.

  • With Other Members: Your profile information (Name, Address, Interests) is visible to other approved members in the private directory. You can adjust your privacy settings in your Account profile.

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party processors (like WooCommerce or Stripe) only to the extent necessary to process payments.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of the neighborhood.


4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide community services.

How to Request Data Deletion (Meta Compliance)

In accordance with Facebook Platform Rules and general privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your data.

  • Self-Service: You may delete your account at any time via Account > Delete Account.

  • Manual Request: You may request that we delete your personal data (including data retrieved from Facebook) by emailing info@glenwoodneighbors.com. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.
